Insirt was established to provide a connection for employers and job candidates to find the right fit. Putting someone in an environment that is not utilizing their skills effectively is a waste of both employer and employee time. Insirt is able to create lasting connections by spending time up front to make sure that both sides of the position are a great fit for each other. Employees will stay longer in an environment that they can thrive in. Our focus is this employer-employee connection.

Insirt was founded and is staffed by IT professionals that have the experience to acurately assess the talent and skills that prospective employees bring to the table. Because we are all current IT professionals, we are able to provide evolving capabilities to our customers. Rest assured that when technologies change, Insirt will be able to identify the candidates with the experience needed to make the project a success.

We are always open to partnering with larger businesses. Insirt is a veteran-owned small business. Although we are currently SWaM certified, we are still working towards the VOSB designation. The VOSB determination process should be completed by Janauary 2015.
